The Curriculum

At The Leaguers, we believe in the philosophy that children learn best through play!  We use a research-based curriculum, The Creative Curriculum, that allows teachers to design high-quality learning experiences that incorporate play in children’s daily lives. Through pretend play, sensory play, and block building, children learn about the world around them and develop creativity, cognitive skills, and social skills.

Inclusive Learning Environments

With a value for diversity, we provide inclusive learning environments where each child’s unique strengths, interests, abilities, and learning styles are recognized, and our teachers provide developmentally appropriate learning activities, individualized instruction, and tailor activities to meet every child’s needs.

School Readiness

Children's language and literacy skills are being developed as Teachers create a print-rich environment where children are exposed to various vocabulary and diverse languages. Children also engage in conversations during mealtimes, read books aloud, and storytelling. Learning activities are hands-on and allow children to have real-world experiences as they explore through science experiments, art projects, cooking activities, neighborhood walks, and fun field trips. Such experiences help children develop fine motor skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.
