Growing Together: A Day of Learning and Professional Development

Learning. Connecting. Growing. The Professional Development Department at The Leaguers, Inc. brought staff together for an engaging and inspiring professional development program focused on learning, sharing, and strengthening the important work we do every day.

The program featured an outstanding group of facilitators, including Theresa Alonzo, Family Engagement Specialist; Amy Flynn, Early Childhood Specialist; and Caitlyn Foelsch from Children’s Specialized Hospital. Each speaker shared valuable knowledge, practical ideas, and experiences that staff can bring back to their work with children and families.

The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm, participation, and positive energy as staff listened, asked questions, shared experiences, and connected with one another.

It was more than just a professional development program, it was an opportunity for staff to learn something new, build their skills, and grow together as a team.

The smiles, conversations, and active participation throughout the program showed just how much staff appreciated the opportunity to learn and grow. At The Leaguers, Inc., we believe that when our staff grow, our children, families, and communities grow with us!
